Normal in concrete. So-so on ceramic tiles. Work slowly on bathroom tiles. It's important to keep the point cool (I ended up using a steady stream of water). The drills are a bit blunt (holes) after a few uses. Haven't tried it on glass or other solids but based on my use on bathroom tile I would question its capabilities beyond limited use. For the price I would spend money on fewer and better bits specifically for ceramic tile etc. Diamond tipped bits for about the same money next time.
