Not sharp enough for the price
Thanks to my knowledge gained in practice this knife did not meet my expectations .Although it has a beautiful design and the handle is ergonomic, the blade simply isn't sharp enough, even after several attempts at sharpening. The granton edges don`t seem to make a significant difference in slicing. For the price, I expected a better performing chef's knife..
- Durable and long-lasting
- Requires proper maintenance to prevent rusting over time
