Review on TYR Burner Fins 2 0 Black by Lee Wilson

Revainrating 4 out of 5

More buoyant with faster propulsion than the old version

After many years, the old fins finally broke. The new black ones have a stronger sole and are more buoyant. This puts your legs higher in the water and the kick is choppy and faster than the old version. They appear to be shorter, although the length is identical. It's better for training, but I liked the older models better for everyday fitness swimming. The difference really is in the nuances and it took a while to really see the differences. I haven't tried the other fins to compare but overall I'm happy with the Burner 2.0 and hope it's as incredibly strong as the old ones!
