I bought a set first to see if it was worth it. They were easy to install and worked great. Then I ordered two sets of 6 pieces. The first set of six arrived and half the slides didn't work, after reading the reviews I learned how to fix them. Unfortunately the two plastic locks do not work, the box they were in was crushed by the latches. All of the hooks on the back of the rails holding the shelf were bent, as were a couple of the brackets, but I was able to bend them back without breaking them. The second set of six slides arrived yesterday (three weeks late) and the box was damaged as was the second set. The plastic fasteners were not damaged, but one of the kits was thrown into the box with no packing bag and screws. I can't find a link to contact the seller and my only option is to return everything. I can't take this kitchen remodel anymore. If the seller reads this, please contact me.
