I like all of it, but especially how easy they make things for me! Everything from creating my own templates to uploading invoices right into EBM with just one click.
The only thing i dislike about this product would be if there was more support available outside of emailing their customer service department-which we have not received any replies via yet either. Make sure when choosing this program its worth every penny as far as price goes because in order to do everything required at once can get pricey depending upon what kind of plan/features are needed by clients/customers. We use ebm primarily so our customers feel comfortable knowing exactly where each item will go before bidding process begins (whether or not items match up prior).
