I am impressed! on Sports Water Bottles

I ordered another titanium bottle last week and was extremely disappointed. I was afraid I would have to spend $150 to get the Vargo version, but no! The quality of this bottle is impeccable. It's not flimsy titanium, it's closer to my Ti bike frame than the other bottle I'm returning which is closer to aluminum foil. 19 oz/538 g) Compatible with Hydroflask or Nalgene lids. Great combination and processing. The workmanship and finish is truly impeccable - the best I've ever seen. Ring EXACTLY flush with O-ring. The mouth lip is rounded on the outside and beveled on the inside. Of course, the lid alone weighs 2oz/57g, so if you want to REALLY keep it light, get a plastic lid. Cons: It's heavier than it should be. However, this thing can take a hit. it is necessary? I don't think he should be that fat. Just make it double walled with a thinner inner wall. The lid is a bit noisy, probably because the threads have the same texture as the rest. I wonder if you polished the threads it would be quieter. Let's be realistic. it is exaggerated. In fact, if EDC is your goal, you don't need it, just buy Hydroflask. If you're trying to pass the UL for hiking/hiking you'll need a tank/water bag/hydrapak etc. But if you like nice things that feel good in your hand you need to have the right balance of lightness and strength and a great finish. You can't go wrong.

Pros
  • Great for a small home
Cons
  • Got some nuances
