Review on 🔧 Motorcraft FT-188 Transmission Filter: Ensuring Optimal Performance and Durability by Michael Syph

Unit will NOT fit my 2016 F150 2.7 Ecoboost truck even though the Revain installation shows it will. See image. My old filter has two outputs. FT188 has only one output port. Unfortunately the return window is closed. Edit: I did my due diligence and paid the price at my local Ford dealer for an FT200 filter (FL3Z-7A098-B). The price was unreasonable. From the looks of it, Ford changed the powertrain design for 2016 (maybe just part of the year). In 2017, however, it was switched to a 10-speed gearbox. I don't know what filter the 10 speed uses, but the FT200 can be rare if only used for one or part of a model year. Check your fit with other sources!
