As seen in photo from other reviews. The cells are shipped in a paper-thin, unprotected plastic bag. The ceramic of one cell was badly damaged and parts broke off, causing both sides to heat up. Another cell that looked ok had a maximum output of 35W at 12V with a fairly large heatsink and good thermal paste contact. The same element was tested again with a larger copper heatsink and a 20W fan. The hot side stayed below 60 degrees, the cold side dropped to 25 degrees Fahrenheit. The maximum power draw was still only about 40W even at 12.5V. In short, these cells are not 60W and there is no way they can have a maximum power rating of 90W. The seller failed to pack properly so you will most likely receive a broken/battered cell. They're ceramic, after all, and if you've ever dropped a plate, you can see how important packaging is here. I cannot recommend these cells.
