Great product and concept.

(Note: I have posted pictures of this product) The product and concept are fantastic. I'm glad I bought it - and I wish I had done it much sooner. I did a lot of research before deciding to buy the Zoku brand. Of all the different designs, this one seemed to be the simplest and most user-friendly. And I was right. The product produces ice cream with an ideal spherical shape (see my picture). The ice is very dense and melts VERY slowly. An evening with "continuous use" of the ice ball lasted about 3 hours. This was used indoors and at room temperature - around 70 degrees. I believe using it outdoors on a hot summer day may give different results. The molds are wide which prevents them from rocking when opening/closing the freezer door (see the photo I posted). They will not spill or leak water after filling. Water expands as it freezes, which can cause a slight overflow near the fill hole. Nothing terrible and generally inevitable. After the ice cream is frozen (the instructions say to wait 8 hours) the ice cream comes out with no problem - it doesn't break, stick, etc. I make several batches of ice cream balls and just store them in a ziplock bag in the freezer. If the ice ball doesn't completely melt after drinking for the evening, I just leave it in the glass and put the glass with the ice ball back in the freezer for the next day. Finally, make sure your cocktail glass is about 3.5 inches wide (see my photo) all the way up and down (i.e. not tapered). Space is needed to place the ice ball. Definitely doesn't fit less. EDIT/UPDATE (2014/08/15) - My comments above suggested that 3.5 inch glass would be optimal. However, I just noticed that my tape measure picture is actually 3.25 inches. So I'm updating my review to reflect that glass that's at least 3.25 inches wide is optimal (of course, a larger size would work too). I've also updated the notes on the image I posted to reflect this fix.
