Update: June 2, 2020 The company contacted me last week and wanted to fix the issue. It is not normal for one cable to work and the other not. I received my replacement wires and both work as advertised. I am satisfied with their customer service and will shop with them again. I made the mistake of not testing both cables. One works, the other doesn't, and of course my return period is closed.
