Review on 🔩 Zinc Threaded Insert: E-Z LOK 808125-13 - Hex-Flush, M8-1.25, 13mm Length (Pack of 25) by Sean Maile

I had no idea they would work so well until I had to replace the much smaller MDF cabinet hinge screw with something that could keep the gorilla arms off me roommate, a sports fan. I used a 9/32" drill bit to create the perfect hole for this EZ-Lok insert in the side of the MDF cabinet, a hex wrench to screw the insert into the cabinet, and then a hinge from attached to the side of the cabinet is the EZ-Lok. Inserts with 10-24 x 1/2" Phillips pan head machine screws. It took me about 3 minutes to screw in two pairs of these screws to hold a hinge in place. The results are impressive. -to the side or in/out to to wobble at all. For something that looks mundane, that's brilliant.
