Cheese slicers are something for me. Okay, maybe I have a problem and I'm not going to rationalize it. I have this thing to find perfect slicers that cut clean, are the right thickness, make smooth and perfect slices. It's really close and the best I've found on Revain so far. It's definitely better than the Wusthof you have in another tab if you review cheese planes. I know you doubt me - you believe in them, as do I, because you know they do good things, but trust me: this cheap plane works a lot better. Complaints: I find it a little flimsy. But I haven't broken it yet, so maybe it's just "feelings". Either way, it's a great little plane, better than many of the more expensive ones.
