Mari AKA KitKat likes this!

I've been feeding my cat this food for about eight months. First I checked all the vitamins and this stuff contains important nutrients like B12, taurine and omega-3 fatty acids. D3 appears to be derived from milk or sheepskin (never got a definitive answer, sorry!), but the product appears to be "mostly" vegan. I still think it's the best product because it's a complete source of nutrients, and while it's not 100% vegan, I think it's important to support companies like this so OTHER companies can follow the trend (on that respect money) and perhaps maintain some commercial competition. (I have a business degree, can you tell? lol) My cat is perfectly healthy and happy as you can see from these adorable photos. The only setback I've noticed is that I've had to go back to a 'regular' cat food (like Meow Mix) maybe twice because I forgot to order this product in time. Her stomach adjusted well to this vegan cat food and I think it was too much meat for her and she threw up. However, if you google "why is my cat vomitingโ€ you will find that switching cat food from one brand to another very often leads to vomiting. When we got back to Wysong she was fine. I would recommend not using this stuff with anything else (e.g. stop eating wet meat food because I don't know how their stomachs take all that, but I'm not a vet just my guess to prevent vomiting** * ) . She is very healthy. She is 5 years old and she jumps and meows and always annoys me. Her real name is Marie but her street name is KitKat. Buy a product! That's great!

Pros
  • Contains flaxseed for important omega-3 fatty acids. No "fillers" - artificial additives or non-food ingredients
Cons
  • There are nuances
