Delivered on time, in perfect condition. This item comes with batteries pre-installed so it is ready to use straight away. It's incredibly easy to use and a very visual timer - for kids and people suffering from neurodivergent symptoms like time blindness (ADHD), being able to see how much time has passed and how much time is left is a game changer. If this were a perfect world, I'd appreciate being able to choose from several different alarm tones, especially since I'm very sensitive to certain sounds (and most neurodivergent people would probably struggle with the same problem). But I appreciate that I can choose how long the alarm goes off, 3 seconds or 60 seconds (who the heck wants to listen to an alarm for a full minute?!?). Again, I'm sensitive to noise, so reducing the overall time I'm exposed to actual anxiety is very helpful to me. A small note: the front of the device is approximately 4 inches by 4 inches. It's perfectly normal - there's nothing wrong with this size - I only mentioned it because when I originally ordered it I was under the impression that it was a lot smaller, maybe a quarter smaller than it actually is. . So if it's important to you, remember that it's roughly 4" x 4". I uploaded a video where you can compare it with my hand for the scale. It would be nice if they added a few other color combinations - like a black case with a blue or green timer "highlight". I like the black case, but currently it only has a red timer light, and red has such negative connotations for kids these days that I'm sure it would be more harmful than helpful in my home. In general I am quite satisfied. 9/10 recommend!
