I ordered them for the first time in the size 16x20x1 in a pack of 4. Cons: I was surprised they weren't individually wrapped in plastic. Pros: These are "cheap" filters, but that's exactly what I wanted. If I order high filtration allergen rated filters, my old stove will just overheat and shut down due to airflow restrictions. As long as they look good. Size: The biggest complaint I've seen from others about these filters is that they don't have a literal size. This means the 16x20x1 filter is NOT literally 16" x 20" x 1". I used this to replace another brand's 16x20x1 filter. It was the same size as the other 6 companies I bought from They are all the same (correct) size, of course I didn't order every size that this company makes, but what I ordered was the size I expected and the same size you get from everyone else brand would get. Most of the time people complain they probably don't fit. no idea what size their oven needs. look at the old filter label order that size. job is done.
