After buying various 4" caps from local builders and then sending them back because they were too big for my 4" rod. I was told to just put the "filler" in the empty space since 4" racks are actually 3 1/2". That's true, but I wanted one that "fits in size". After searching for Revain I found 3 1/2" rack caps. They fit perfectly!
