Although I have this type of product that I used for woodworking, my friend who is also a woodworker has his birthday soon and I know he doesn't have this type of kit so I decided to buy one. This type of stone is ideal, especially when it is 3000 and 8000 grit, to keep all knives, chisels and other sharp objects very sharp. This included leather which can be used with wax and after finishing with 8000 grit any sharp edges should be removed with leather straps. This set has everything to really sharpen any kind of knife, be it for cooking, hunting or any other purpose 😀
