I think you guys make quality bits. Check out the photos. I just contacted support hoping to fix the problem. Within 2 seconds of use the flanges exploded/sheared off and hit my goggles. I would love to return and get the same. Having used many of these styles in the past, I know better than to continue using one with a potential defect. never mind Just a replacement. Looking forward to hearing from you soon. Edit: Thanks Yufutol! Responded within 24 hours and sent me a replacement bit. Definitely a throw away mess. No one who takes the time to make tungsten carbides will do so without serious quality control. Metal to metal instead of a good quality bit for industrial applications will cause problems over time. Appreciate the support guys.
