Has never worked since I received it. Escali customer service not responding PROBLEM: Insert batteries and ERR comes up on the display and you can't reset it, A FULL PIECE OF junk UPDATE: 02/16/21 I've increased my rating from 1 star to 3. Escali answered the scales question right out of line but I would have to send them the proof of purchase (annoying). However, Revain sent a replacement and the new scale works and is reasonably accurate. It's a bit different at both 200 and 500 grams. I can live with it.
