They are great for our dogs. We have a dog who is very sweet and affectionate but can be responsive to other dogs. She just barks at them uncontrollably no matter how hard we try to correct the behavior. We put this collar on her and after 2 barks she squirted, learned to stop very quickly and has been great with other dogs ever since. She looked very scared and was shaking the first few times she splashed her which almost made us feel guilty and returned the collar but I'm glad we persevered because after a few weeks of use she was a different person Dog!
