I received these blades today so I haven't used them yet but I was so surprised to receive a package that is printed entirely in Chinese. Glad I don't need instructions. Next time I will pay more attention to the country of origin. PRODUCT UPDATE: FEBRUARY 27, 2018 I just opened this package to reduce my stash of leftover fabric. DO NOT BUY! ATTENTION, OLFA - these blades are a real Chinese fake! After the first blade, I realized something was wrong. It started skipping cutting like it had a notch on the blade. I would compare using these blades to slicing a steak with a butter knife. It's a scam and that's why they're cheap. I am outraged that AMAZON is selling them as legitimate products. Chi-Com made me happy! Now I pay the price in a real retail store to get the product I want.
