Our frying pan, which we used to cook eggs for many years, became sticky after each use, so we decided to buy this frying pan set as a replacement and use it as a special frying pan only for eggs. The price was great, especially since you get 3 different sized pans and even bamboo spatulas and a silicone mat. I really like that the handles detach and can be easily attached with a screwdriver and then removed again just as easily. The frying pan set takes up little space with the handles removed and packs away in a square box. We plan to take this set with us on our vacation if we rent a beach house for a week as a rental never has good cookware, especially pans. I can easily remove the handles and pack them in our luggage without the handles taking up unusual or bulky space. These pans are for use with a gas stove only and it worked very well. It heats up quickly, but the eggs never get sticky and just slide off the pan after cooking. They are dishwasher safe and can even be easily cleaned by hand and dish soap. I like the wooden handle and the part that does not transfer heat and the curved shape makes it very comfortable to hold. This was a great purchase especially for the price and I would recommend them to anyone looking for an inexpensive non stick pan solution, not to mention you get 3 different sizes.
