Quality product for many generations
Robust, proven knives at a good price with high quality. They have a good working edge, my wife loves them. I used 120 grit and then 180 grit sandpaper to smooth out the corners on the handles and then applied several coats of Johnson Wax Paste with a blow dryer for appearance and protection. The handles now look rich, deep, darker and, dare I say, expensive.
