I use Inno Supps Creatine every day, for light workouts and rest days. I like it for a gentle boost of energy. On heavier training days I use a pre-workout with some caffeine and put off taking Inno Supps Creatine because I think caffeine interferes with creatine absorption. I've gained 10lbs in about 2 months of continuous use, but I think only 2lbs is hard muscle and 5lbs or more is fluffy water mass typical of creatine. I believe if I worked a lot harder, especially with heavier weights, I could get a pump and a better percentage of muscle gain. I'm going to try cutting calories for the next two weeks to see if I can improve the percentage before Thanksgiving's "cheat day." like caffeine, protein, etc. And there's only 25 servings in a container, which is a bit odd as most products seem to have 30-35 servings to accommodate a monthly budget and purchase.
