So this thing arrived it's a different color but I can easily miss it so I put it in my 2011 Chevy Cruze it worked straight away, it gave me the correct code and since I had already fixed the problem I was able to clear the code and my check engine light went out, easy to fix. I also hooked it up to my 2000 Chevy Silverado and it also worked straight away giving me the codes I needed to fix the problem. I highly recommend this product, a must have for any mechanic.
