Quality product but too big for my needs
I was afraid to cut it to the size needed. I bought another one from the same brand that was simpler. I might try this product because I have a serious problem with cooking starter. Your next step in a product is much, much cheaper. I'm not sure why this one is so expensive. However, if the one I have doesn't cut mustard, I'll try this one again at some point. DEI manufactures quality products.
