This is an update of my previous 3 star review. After seeing my previous review, this company contacted me without prompting on my part and offered to replace the faulty torque wrench, which they did. The replacement torque wrench worked great both ways. If anyone is looking for a quality 1/2" torque wrench that works both ways look no further. As a side note, the seller's customer service is second to none. They stand behind their product and will do whatever it takes to ensure your complete satisfaction.
