Just what we needed
We installed the new Trex front steps and they are dangerously slippery in ice or wet conditions. This is a problem as our homeowners community includes people with very low vision, people with physical disabilities and an aging dog. We bought them a month ago and they work well in icy conditions, heavy enough to stand still most of the time. As the weather gets drier and warmer we will ask the tech to use some sort of silicone glue (? I think that's what he suggested) to attach them as they will move a bit when your boot hits the right spot.
