Won't stay best electric heaters

I thought it would be a great little heater - only used it about 5 times after getting it in January this year and it worked really well. Once this fall it worked fine and now it doesn't work for more than two minutes and then shuts off. I have to wait about 30 minutes and then it turns on again for two minutes. At the moment I cannot recommend this heater. Only used about 5 times. Obviously this shouldn't affect performance after 8 months of storage in my cupboard, but I highly doubt the manufacturer will replace this. If this happens by a miracle, I'll let you know.
