Review on NaviNet Open by Andrew Lyons

I like how easy it is for our providers to access all of their information in one place. It's also very user friendly when navigating through the site as well! There really isn't anything i dislike about this software. The only thing I would say is that sometimes you have to refresh your page before it will show up properly. This doesn't happen often but occasionally we do need to reload the page or go back into the website and try again. Our staff loves using this program because they are able to easily navigate throughout the entire application without having to search multiple places. We've been able to keep track of everything from patient visits to billing. Everything has become so much easier with this type of software.
