item as described. Delivery as promised. My only negative review was that the shampoo bottle was incomplete. It was 3/4 full. I'm not entirely sure if this is "normal". However, I bought an air conditioner of the same brand from another seller. The conditioner bottle was filled to the brim with product. The attached photos show the obvious difference. Which leads me to suspect that some product is missing. (The last 2 photos are a comparison of both products.) About the product itself: I can only recommend it. Leaves hair soft but not greasy, silky without weighing it down. Cleans very well. It smells a bit but is not overpowering. If you've tried Shiseido Tsubaki Shampoo before, you'll recognize the scent. It is the same because both have the camellia flower. It's a floral scent, clean and fresh. There is no need to use a lot of product as it creates a good lather. The bottle is large with a long spout.
