Came in nice packaging. I love how the branch is engraved on the instrument. The cut looks good and may work. I haven't used it yet because I'm waiting for EZARC to respond to my tough divorce. It's been 3 days not counting weekends and I haven't received a reply after 2 contacts. Looks like I'm going to send them back. I read from other customers that they have sharp corners on some instruments so I decided to take a look. Everything seems fine up to the last key. The chrome of the last wrench came off and caught my finger. Not sure if there will be more. That may be fine, but I did find a few other sharp spots and then also noticed that the end appeared to be defective and was going to break. Chrome hides the defect. I like that all sizes are included and don't slip. This, along with the price, is the reason I decided to buy them from local stores. I'll give him two more days to see if I get an answer before sending this back.
