No customer service but I think I caught them at the wrong time

I got the lock pretty quickly. Removed my old Smart Lock that was no longer working. I installed a new lock, but I couldn't complete the initial setup of the application to connect to the lock by phone. I was trying to figure out how to get the 24/7/365 tech support they brag about in their ads. The only way to contact them is via email. So I had a non-working lock on my door and sent an email expecting a pretty quick response. When this didn't happen, I contacted Revain and received a call from tech support. I told him what was going on and he blamed my Note 8 phone and said he would try to reproduce the problem, update the app and contact me. I received a couple of letters the same day. Well I wanted it done so the next day I went and got a new phone. I have the same problem. I emailed them and had no reply for 6 days. In the meantime I asked Revain to send another lock thinking that with all the good reviews I might just end up with a bad block. Got new lock installed and same problem. I tried both phones. So I took the lock off and put my old broken one back on and 2 tower locks were ready for return. Suddenly I finally got an email from their tech support apologizing for not replying to me because apparently their 1st tech support rep who looks after their 24/7 tech support has gone to the hospital was admitted. They also told me for the first time to press the button on my phone to turn off Wi-Fi and repeat the setup process. It worked. I went through all of this and all they had to do was put it in their instructions. I spent a lot of time on it. I still have to turn off Wi-Fi when opening the app for it to work, but it works.
