Poor Quality - Bearings and Seals

My exposed part was slightly off center and vibrated until I accelerated to 50mph or more, after which the ride was smooth and vibration free. I installed this part in mid-January 2019 and will now have to replace it at the end of October 2019. The part literally fell apart!?!?!?
