Stud assembly is always fun. Once fully installed, you can see in the photos that the locking grooves that hold the bolt protrude slightly above the steel. I have a 15" rim and after the lug nuts are installed to hold the wheel, the top of the nut looks like it goes into these grooves. I have a feeling the steel plate needs to be a bit thicker in that area or a different bolt needs to be used. Overall I'm happy with the product and happy to keep the spare tire. a little disappointed with the ending. After about 4 months of sun exposure, it changed from glossy black to faded black.
