I don't like anything about that. I read bad reviews when I wanted to buy this product. So glad I bought it anyway. Contrary to bad reviews, the buttons are easy to press. This does NOT apply to what I received. I keep it on a keychain in my pocket and backpack. It was never used alone. Plus it has such a good range that I can just press the button on my keychain as I approach my house and it will open the garage door while I'm still walking past my neighbor's house. It's smaller than I imagined. , not much more than a normal car lock clicker. A flashlight is also invaluable, I often use it early in the morning when loading my work truck. I'm very impressed and I love it! I will definitely order again.
