Review on Samsung DC97 16350D Assy Damper by Jay Campbell

My Samsung washing machine has been giving me a 'dC' error code after every wash for about a year now and after replacing 4 clothes rails with these new rails I can now do my laundry worry free without having to reload manually rebalance after a spin cycle. It would take me a full day to do 2 loads of laundry trying to find the perfect weight and balance with error code 'dC' but now I can do my family's laundry in half a day. . My original rods weren't bent or worn looking, but over time the springs must have weakened to the point where they couldn't keep the laundry basket in line with the washing machine's gears. Definitely worth replacing if like me you're encountering the frustrating 'dC' error code.
