This skimmer costs less than 200.00. Started producing the perfect skimmer in just a few days. *UPDATE DEC '16* After using the skimmer for almost a year I wanted to update my review. I still like the skimmer, but I do want to mention that the power cord that plugs into the controller is stuck. I'm guessing it's the humidity. If you try to unplug the device, the female end will come out of the housing exposing the wiring. I believe this is an issue with the pump manufacturer as the same thing happened to my son in law with the back pump control. It still works, but I just can't unplug it from the controller. Otherwise I have no complaints. It's a great skimmate and has a great design that takes up little space in my palette.
