UPDATE: We had a major hurricane and everything went up our wooden steps! I think they are only made for good weather. Now we need to attach them to our steps. POOH! Money thrown away! My husband built new steps for us to get to our chicken coop. He suggested this because I ALWAYS fall and he didn't want me to fall down new stairs. I only installed them a few days ago, but they seem to be working great! It will be necessary to see how they behave in winter weather. So far, so good! If they hold up well we will soon be ordering more for the new steps he is building for our front and side porches.
