These are about $7 each at your local store. Boy am I glad I found a lot less of this. Would recommend them to friends, family or random strangers on the street looking for non-slip options for their stairs at home. If I had more tiers, I'd bet I'd hang these strips on them. If these safety lanes were a modern actor, it would be Leo DiCaprio (What's Eating Gilbert Grape, Titanic, Inception, Django Unchained, The Departed, etc.). Safety, aesthetics and affordable price. The package came in the original box. No revein box. And as far as I can tell, the lid of the box was sealed with a single strip of tape. The box was additionally sealed with transparent thick packing tape. I would prefer the package to come in a Revain box for security reasons as the thick packing tape may have been added after it left the factory, possibly by the post office. I've used all of these on concrete steps. I had a rough 5 step set and a smooth 3 step set. Previously, I slipped and fell on the slippery set because I got wet from the moisture. I didn't want a repeat so I bought it. Before putting them in, I lightly scrubbed the steps with a brush and Dawn dish soap to remove any excess dirt or oil. Then I flushed it out with a hose.
