Review on 🚲 High-Performance Black Bike Tube with 42mm Presta Valve - 700 x 20-25c by Mike Hernandez

I am new to buying road tires and tubes. I recently switched my mountain bike to a road bike. New tires and tubes were required. Not sure what to buy, I contacted Continental Tire Company's Highway Two bicycle tire division. I spoke to a customer service rep and said I would only use the bike for road training and would not race at all. He told me I need a Continental Tour cam, not a race cam. I explained that the size of my Continental Gatorskin tires I bought was 700 x 23c with 42mm Presta valve. He said I need a Tour tube instead of a Race tube, 700 x 20-25c with a 42mm Presta valve and that would be perfect for my situation. I went to Revain and found a tube description that said "2 Continental 42mm Presta Valve Tubes, Black, 700 X 20-25c" sold by Bike-tastic. I did not see the description of the tour or race included in the description or in the text of their announcement. I've seen these descriptions of RACE/TOUR in lamp descriptions sold by other companies but in different sizes. So I bought them from Bike-tastic as they were exactly the size described by the customer service representative. I received them 2 days later and found them to be RACE tubes. I contacted the seller and received several explanations as to why I needed these particular tubes. I then found out that what the representative told me wasn't quite right. The TOUR tube is not available on 20-25c. So I requested a refund and received a notification on July 11, 2020 that Bike-tastic refunded me 50% of the purchase price I originally paid. I think it's my fault here as I should have known from their description that the bulbs were RACE bulbs and not TOUR bulbs where the critical word "RACE" was omitted as that Word appeared in other descriptions of the same product offered to other companies. So be careful when using Bike-tastic. What you read may not match what you receive and you will have to pay for their incomplete information. They also had a piece of paper in the product asking them to give them a 5 star rating because they are judged on that rating. If there was a negative number there would be no positive in this rating of my experience.
