The teapot looks good and heats up quickly. The whistle is fine. It catches fire easily. The only claim to ergonomics. I use filtered water from the fridge. If you remove the top and try to fill it this way, you'll find that the body is too thick to fit underneath. If you try to fill through the spout it won't work. The spout needs to be an inch longer to fit underneath. It's okay, I'll pour it into a measuring cup. And tea actually tastes better when brewed in a super-hot kettle instead of in the microwave.
