I am very disappointed with this kettle. I wanted a whistling kettle and I really liked this one. Unfortunately it doesn't whistle. I didn't keep the box because I didn't think anything could go wrong with the kettle. I was very wrong and now I can't return it. I would not recommend this product to anyone.

I was very happy about my new kettle. It is replacing another stainless steel kettle which has become rusty after 4 months. This one is very nice, but doesn't whistle. I buy whistling kettles for a reason and it's important that I can hear when the water is hot. So if whistling is one of the reasons for buying a kettle, do not buy this product.

Wife Rating: Love it! What I like most is that it's so well balanced! I don't have to yank my shoulder out of joint to pour water into a container on the counter. red is beautiful I really like the stainless steel interior and the large opening. I've also found that any whistle problem is a user problem! If you close the lid properly and don't overfill the kettle, it whistles quite loudly.

The teapot looks good and heats up quickly. The whistle is fine. It catches fire easily. The only claim to ergonomics. I use filtered water from the fridge. If you remove the top and try to fill it this way, you'll find that the body is too thick to fit underneath. If you try to fill through the spout it won't work. I liked the pot better than I thought I have one big complaint though. Although the manufacturer says it's stainless steel, I believe it's just the pan supports. I don't think there's a stainless steel pot in there. At least I couldn't find any mention that the description only says it's "advanced electrolytic polishing and oxidation technology". I like this kettle because it has a large capacity. I cook once a day and fill up the carafe to have hot water all day and this kettle does the trick. It's easy to fill thanks to the wide top opening and max fill line so I don't spill. It is easy to handle thanks to its design and impact-resistant handle.
