I love this product, Kato is my favorite polymer clay. It's tough tone and *IMPLICATED* to be. Yes, it takes more time and effort, but the end result is worth it. every time! Especially if you sculpt or use a lot of texture, stamping, embossing, etc. the end result will be flawless. People who leave negative reviews expect it to be similar to the competition's products, which are much softer and easier to clean (but don't give as high-quality results). My advice: mix Kato with milder brands if you don't want to spend a few extra minutes conditioning. Also, given the price, I'm shocked that you have the audacity to complain. Kato is your favorite polymer clay from polymer clay artists.
