I bought this for my husband for Christmas this year to use in his coin hobby. He collects and uses this telescope to study coins in detail. The screen is the perfect size for its use and offers many resolution and scaling options. He sees every discrepancy, every edge of a coin, every scratch, erased letter/number and step. He doesn't yet have a computer to hook up this oscilloscope to (which he can), so the downloadable app for this device and the compatibility with a micro SD card for storing recorded videos and images of his coins are perfect for him. The only thing that would give this scope 5 stars instead of the 4 I'm rating is if it had built-in lighting for the field of view, which isn't really a big deal when you can create your own appropriate lighting for the subjects, that you browse.
