I ride a road bike with 110psi+ tires and Presta valves. I got my tires up to about 85-90psi probably in 250 pumps and could probably go on but it becomes kind of a test for the arm muscles when you get to about 80-85psi inches. But 85-90psi is enough to get me home and that's all I need. My main reason I bought the pump was how it attaches to the frame. I have two bottle cages and this pump allows you to install both a bottle cage and a pump. Another thing I like is that it screws into the Presta valve instead of just using a compression fitting. As a result, it is tight when inflated and can be removed without air loss. I also tried it on a hose with a Schrader valve. It worked just as well and the adapter head is very easy to flip over for any type of valve. The meter is easy to read in sunlight, but a little more difficult in the dark. I had to use a flashlight to read it in my fairly dimly lit garage. He makes a very durable impression. Very nice compact design with included dust cover that keeps the pump free from dirt.
