3 months after purchase, the stainless steel water chamber began to rust on the upper edges. Within 6 months it stopped working completely and what appeared to indicate excessive heat appeared on the edge of the power button which appeared to have failed. I messaged the company two days ago but haven't received anything from them yet. I have now contacted Revain who solve the problem but I do not recommend this product.
