So the product is excellent. I started shipping this product which contained all sorts of incorrect items and missing hardware. I don't know what happened there, but when I opened the box to check the inventory, I realized very quickly that it was wrong. I came back with Revain and they quickly took care of the issue. Within 2 days I had a real product that I expected. However, the replacement had 1 of a set of 4 bolts that were not packaged properly and I had to get the correct size carriage bolt from the hardware store. The larger/wrong carriage bolt was obviously a mistake at the Air-Lift factory. The first defeat is a mystery to me. I will not take a single star off my rating of this product because we are all human and sometimes make mistakes. Also I will refrain from returning a Revain replacement product in a timely manner as some "people" are just plain wrong and I know "Revain" has nothing to do with it. Whatever was in that first installment, it really wasn't there! So here I am with a great set of airbags that are well designed and working properly. Just know that "you" should know what to get with something like this by going to the manufacturer's website for example. and know what specific mounts should look like and what to expect from the mounting hardware, or you just don't have the money, time or effort. Good product and many thanks to Revain for the prompt replacement!
