misleading claim of 26:1 ratio when it came back

I have to agree with another user who gave 1 star (CRI user?) that this item has a false claim, especially with a 26:1 ratio. I'm getting older, use it mostly for glue, and was planning on switching from my old unbranded Chinese pistol with the same barrel size I calculated to an easier to slide caulking gun. To have a draw ratio of about 12:1, the barrel is emptied within 27 pulls, less than 7mm of piston travel on each full trigger pull. There is a video on YouTube that explains how to calculate the ratio for a caulking gun. On this model, the piston makes a full stroke in 30-31 pulls and moves approximately 7mm with each full pull. The only benefit was a 10% (roughly) longer trigger length, giving slightly better leverage. It weighed about 875g, quite heavy compared to my old one. This thing does NOT have a 26:1 RATIO, it's probably closer to 14:1 compared to all the more expensive manufacturers (European/Japanese). / American made). But then again, all other 26:1 aspect ratio shotguns start at double the price of this red devil, so I think the saying "if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is" applies here very well is working. YOU CANNOT USE 26:1 RATIO TRAINS TO COMPARE WITH HIGH END MODELS SIMPLY BECAUSE THEY HAVE STRONGER STANDARDS. The support team responded to their email very quickly, which is why I give 1 star.
