Disappointed Good Oil Filter Wrench

I ordered this with all the parts needed for an oil change in my 2008 Highlander. I drained the oil but when I tried to remove the oil filter this wrench didn't fit. It feels like he's going to do it, but he barely bites the body. Frustrated, I even tried typing it, but it just doesn't fit. I was looking for a way to contact the seller but couldn't. I do not recommend this item at all, it was a waste of money. Now I have to put in clean oil at $30 a gallon (my car uses a gallon and a half) with a dirty filter.
